All Services are furnished subject to the execution of a separate Client Agreement where applicable and in compliance with applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations. Nothing herein shall be construed as a guarantee of any particular investment outcome. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results.
The Company operates from offices in Canada, the United States, and Australia. Service availability may vary by jurisdiction and client eligibility. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction, and that all information you provide to the Company is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain and promptly update such information. The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or discontinue service to any User at any time, with or without cause or notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Saskatchewan.
