Atnikov Investment Corporation, a global investment and financial services company, is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team in Canada and the United States. Atnikov Investment Corporation is an essential partner to our clients and communities, and our team is working hard to keep financial operations and payment systems running efficiently. This position is immediately available, and we are actively recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for this role.

The Payment Integration Specialist works with the payment operations team to manage the delivery and integration of payment solutions for clients within our service area. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is self-motivated and has strong analytical and computer skills.

Responsibilities

As a Payment Integration Specialist at Atnikov Investment Corporation, you will be responsible for providing payment integration and processing services to a range of small and medium-sized businesses.

  • Process client payment orders and plan settlement schedules
  • Optimize payment workflows into efficient processing batches
  • Coordinate payment collection from clients and route funds to appropriate services
  • Work under manager supervision during the probation period
  • Follow detailed instructions to build necessary operational experience
  • Perform duties in your city of residence where applicable

We have approximately 180 Operations representatives across Canada and the United States supporting our growing client base.

Qualifications (Entry Level)

  • Flexible and willing to handle varied operational tasks

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. College degree preferred. Experience or training in financial services, payment processing, or investment operations is advantageous. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Other Skills

The ideal candidate will creatively problem-solve, communicate effectively in writing and verbally, manage time efficiently, pay close attention to detail, remain self-motivated, and exercise sound judgement. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required.

Compensation

  • Full-Time :$32.60 per hour (~$5,651 per month)
  • Part-Time :$27.40 per hour (~$2,375 per month)
